Richard “Dom” Casaus Jr.
Co-Founder, R&L Solutions
Dom is a systems minded builder with a background as unconventional as it is effective. A former U.S. Sports Ambassador and early patent holder, he spent years balancing hands on leadership in high pressure environments with a deep personal pursuit of engineering, design, and problem solving.
His path to tech didn’t follow the usual playbook. Dom is a self taught developer and high functioning autistic adult with a strong technical mind. something he rarely talks about but consistently proves through execution. He’s worked in industries where inefficiency isn’t just frustrating, it’s dangerous. That experience led him to build smarter systems from the ground up.
As co-founder of R&L Solutions, Dom is leading the development of Real Intelligence: a new class of enterprise tools trained on real world operations, not generic data pulled from the internet. His first product, AURORA™, is already live in a senior care facility, where it’s actively supporting staff, streamlining training, and reducing knowledge gaps in a high turnover industry.

Lorenzo is a founding partner at R&L Solutions, where he serves as both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. With a deep belief in the power of purpose driven innovation, Lorenzo plays a key role in shaping the strategy, structure, and execution behind the company’s next-generation health tech systems.
His background blends operational leadership with hands on experience across product development, programming, ideation, and iterative design. He’s not just a financial architect, he’s a builder who helps turn ideas into outcomes, ensuring every solution is both technically sound and impact driven.
Lorenzo’s long-term mission is to help make advanced wellness tools truly accessible, empowering organizations to move beyond reactive care and toward meaningful, preventative solutions. He believes that real innovation is measured not just by growth, but by the lives it improves along the way.
